Mixed-use buildings are constructions that bring together, in the same space, commercial rooms, residential apartments, shops, restaurants, hotels, leisure areas and other possibilities. The objective of this project is to combine three or more uses in the same structure, offering a practical alternative for urban mobility.

There has been a growth in the last few years, mainly in Brazil, of mixed-use developments and PLANSERVICE has become a reference in the Management of Projects and Construction of this type, having in its curriculum high standard buildings that have totally modified the landscape of cities with their modern projects.
